The crm stopped being a record and started being a coworker
the crm stopped being a record and started being a coworker: salesforce’s aiforce lets agents act across all your data without a fixed interface, and microsoft shipped qualification and close agents into dynamics 365. hubspot reports 80 percent of sales leaders say their crm is fully ai-integrated.
the pipeline is now being managed by something that never sleeps.
Context
Salesforce describes Agentforce as autonomous AI agents for every application, workflow and interaction, built natively on its platform. Microsoft Learn documents out-of-the-box AI agents in Dynamics 365 Sales, including a Sales Qualification Agent that researches and engages leads.
HubSpot's Sep 29, 2026 article says CRM-connected AI is the practical starting point for sales teams.
Salesforce's Agentforce and Dynamics 365's qualification agent match their sources. The post says 'aiforce'; the product is Agentforce. A separate 'close agent' and the 80 percent of sales leaders with a fully AI-integrated CRM were not seen: HubSpot's piece gives other figures, such as 94 percent for sales leaders using a CRM. 'Act across all your data without a fixed interface' is not seen in the sources read, so unsupported here, not refuted.
